Our current certified wool products include wool batts, roving, milled and handspun yarn, living wool rugs, felted dryer balls, and of course, raw fleeces. A majority of our products are natural white, grey, brown and black in colour, but we are experimenting with natural dyes.

Brenda Hsueh - bbhsueh@gmail.com
Our certified products include our yarns, fabrics, lambskins and knitwear. These are all made from the sheep raised on our farm in Ontario, and processed at Ontario mills.

Rachel Dalton - Brigadoonfarm@outlook.com
Our sheep pasture outside our boutique. The Fibres in our products like our wool yarn, ponchos and thrummed mittens is as local as they come.
Shorn in the spring, our sheep are relieved of their thick, luscious coats. We then have them milled at local mini mills who return our own Fibre, now in yarn form. We then hand dye each skein and choose which will stay on the shelves and which enter our products.
Our thrummed Mittens are then hand knit, two at a time, on knitting needles, then finished with our beautiful label.
All of our hand woven goods made with our wool are hand woven in studio by myself, a certified artisan weaver.

I hand-dye a range of Canadian wool yarns, primarily for hand-crafters interested in lively colours on non-superwash, Canadian yarn. My yarn bases range from fingering weight Suffolk/ Rideau Arcott that's great for colourwork knitting to Rambouillet and Rambouillet crosses in several different weights.

My name is Victoria, and I am the main farmer and producer behind Between Two Farms and Six Ewes Yarn. In 2024 I began to develop my own farming operation, starting small with a flock of six Icelandic and Shetlandic ewes and some pastured poultry. I continue to look forward to the journey and the learning and growth that is ahead of me.
Certified Products include Single source yarns, roving, and batts; felted fleece rugs.

We have a small flock of sheep near Conn, Ontario. The Shetlands are new in the last year and we are so happy with our decision to start a small flock. Our wool is milled local a few kms from our farm and we hope to offer in the near future rovings and yarn from our Shetlands.

Al Drennan - drennan.al@gmail.com
Our farm was established in 2000. After raising sheep for 15 years, our focus changed to wool and sustainability and we have been exclusively breeding Gotlands since 2020.
Gotlands are a good size for small farms.
Bittersweet Farms' certified products include
Raw fleece, roving and yarn in three shades of gray.
Roving and yarn processed at Wellington Fibre Mill, ON.

Brooke Aitken - lochlomondlivestock@gmail.com
While we have been raising sheep for many years, it wasn't until 2016 we started to sell some raw fleeces to customers across Canada. That then branched into getting wool processed at mills and selling these products through local stores and our website.
We have many raw fleeces available on our website. Clun Forest crosses, with some Romney, Bluefaced Leicester, and a few other rare breeds. We have white, a variety of greys and black fleeces. We batch some of our similar type fleeces together and take them to Custom Woolen Mills in Alberta to be processed. We sell the processed roving, batting, and yarn as well.
