FARM INFO - At Gladsheim Farm, we have been tending our animals and gardens since 2013. We are situated in the Slocan Valley in the interior mountains of British Columbia. Each of the 20 or so sheep in our fibre flock has been selected for their gorgeous fleeces and all of our woollies have names and personalities and are considered part of our family. Wool Maiden also offers handwork classes to groups of children, as well as farm tours, throughout the year.

WOOL PRODUCTS - Riverside Farm carries a variety of products including yarn, roving and raw fleece. They are expanding into other products lines including bedding, wool pellet fertilizer and other garden products.
FARM INFO - Trevor Hann and Jennifer Bowes, along with their daughter Ellie relocated to Brisco, BC in August 2019, relocating 75 of their sheep from the Peace Region, BC. They currently have a flock of 135 sheep and is one of the larger registered Gotland Breeders in Canada. They have a mixed flock - half of the flock are wool breeds, including registered Gotlands, Blue Faced Leicester and Wensleydale. The other half are meat breeds and crosses, including Clun Forest, Tunis, North Country Cheviot and Black Welsh Mountain.

We compete in shows with our fleeces which have included Grand Champion (2014), Reserve Grand Champion (2021) and Glibbery/Tuytel Spinners Delight (2021)
