In 2016, Audrey Boulet and Olivier Beaurivage, a young couple aspiring to have their own farm, welcomed their first 60 dairy ewes. Their mission is to valorise the dairy ewes as much as they can, and offer great quality products: sheep milk, lamb's meat, yarn products, sheepskins, milk soap and breeding stock. They work with the best small businesses all across Québec and Canada to transform their products. When you buy a product from the farm, you contribute to their local economy: the sheep farmers, the butchers from St-Gervais, the cheese-makers from Racine, the soap makers from Neuville, the tannery from Victoriaville, and the woollen mills from all across Canada.
