CWC Certification Renewal

This form is intended for the use of Canadian Wool Collective Certified Partners to renew their annual certification status in one, or more, of our three Certification Programs. Cost of an annual renewal for one certification tier is $45 or $70 for two tiers, payable at the time of submission.
